$Insert Text is a Text Function.
The function returns the original text with another piece of text inserted at a specified position.
Original Text: The original string that will be altered. Text to Insert: Where the item you are trying to insert will go. Position: Where exactly you want the item inserted.
Example

type text(<username field>, $insert text("Andrew Williams", "James ", 7), "Standard")
Running the script inserts the Text to Insert into position 7 of the Original Text "Andrew Williams"
