This command is part of the Action Commands. This command will mouse over a specified item on a webpage.
It is especially handy on websites with drop down menus that requires to hovering the mouse over and element to show more options.

mouse over($element offset(<class="sf-with-ul">, 0), "No")
Running the script will mouse over the element labeled "Forum" to display the additional options.
