What: Manny’s goal was to use social media to drive traffic to sites.
The Problem: Manually doing this took too much time. Manny wasn’t a programmer and didn’t want to spend months learning to program, nor did he have the money to hire outsourcers (and he wasn’t confident that they’d get the job done properly).
